I am writing here to suggest you check out our private solutions and ideas for WoW server owners (WOTLK and CATA).
MYTH CORE/DB 3.3.5 and 4.3.4
Our core project is TrinityCore fork, our team spended a lot of time sorting out and solving issues,
We are working using "UpdatePacks", last changelog:

How to get access:

NOTE: If you are a MaNGOS user, there is no problem [Tienes que estar registrado y conectado para ver este vínculo] converter
CHARACTER MIGRATION TOOL
That is a system, which allow to users, create a character dump via game addon, then upload it on server. Server parse it and creates a character from received data, a lot of filters applied.
Solution is realised with a custom encryption algorithm, quick migration from another server to the server or a realm (not important),
Server restore character from received data from dump with a special parser, integrated checking, for avoid fake or bad info, like items, spells, gold, automatic rejection from black-listed realms/servers/IPs
Other server admins, can`t reject or prevent that, so you can easy to "download" all server online in one day, depends only of your advertisement skills.

NOTE 2: Character Migration Tool was tested on MythCore, TrinityCore, MaNGOS, ArkCore, TrinityCore434.
NOTE 3: MythCore 3.3.5 support Movement Maps and contain Gunship Battle with custom Anti-cheat (confirmed right work) it can detect most cheats
